The owner insisted on helping me get into my truck and I declined multiple times to just called AAA. The owner was leaving at the time. Well, AAA took their sweet old time the owner came back 1 1/2 hrs later and insisted on giving me a ride to my house to retrieve my spare keys and gave me a ride back to his office. “I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.”
“My wife and I had to get fingerprints done and the person who helped was great. They were very informative about how to do the fingerprints and helped when we had to repeat. It made for a good experience for my wife and I. They even helped my wife when she was having trouble completing the fingerprints.
I will be coming back here for future fingerprints or if needed for anything else.
Thank you to staff for making this a good experience. The office environment is very calm, welcoming and stress free. I was really stressed from my experience last year at a different location. It all went away though.
