I bought a ring there and I had to get it sent out to be fixed and it got lost. Then they had me pick something out that cost what my ring had cost that got lost. I just went to go sell it and it was only worth $250 and I paid $2900 for it, this place is a rip off

I went in today to get my engagement cleaned and inspected and was treated with poor customer service. There was only one other customer in at the time. The lady acted as if I burdened her with my request. She told me she couldn’t find record of my fiance buying my ring, which was frustrating. Then handed me a bucket and asked me to put my ring in it. She was not helpful and basically told me no and next time I needed to bring my receipt. No problem, I said I would do that. The customer service was terrible and truthfully I will not be purchasing from this company no more. I walked into Kays, was treated with respect and purchased my wedding band.

Angelina was wonderful, she was patient and helpful. I found a ring that I loved and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to make it mine. There was a small issue with the ring and the assistant manager said it couldn’t be sold. Angelina made sure to take the time to exhaust all options before turning me away. She worked up the chain of command to verify the policies and as it turns out, the ring was able to be sold & I left very happy with the ring, but overall just very impressed with her customer service and I was happy to purchase from her.

Terrible service. Not the case at other locations but definitely at this one. This is the second time I had bad service. The women helping me definitely did not have any interest in helping me find what I needed and several times made me feel I needed to purchase something or she was going to help someone else. I was simply looking for an exchange since the tennis bracelet i purchased there that I was told would be extendable did not have an option to be extended after all. I did not find the piece I was looking for today, and the young long dark hair girl with glasses with 0 patience is the reason why.

I was there last week for a jewelry repair, there were 2 associates both women, one was showing wedding rings to a couple behind me, I was shocked they wanted to lease a ring! Never heard of that. The lady that was taking care of me went above and beyond to find me in the computer, it took about 20 minutes from start to finish another customer came in and I thought I was going to have to wait longer, but she never stopped taking care of me, checking diamonds in my other ring. I wish I remembered her name. Best experience with Zales in 20 years I've been a customer.

Got my Beautiful Wife this perfect ring that suits her aura , hands down the best purchase I’ve made in my life . The pictures don’t do the ring justice it’s much more shiny in person . I wish google let me upload a video . The Manager is alway sweet and ver helpful. I always get my wife’s ring cleaned or fixed through the life time warranty and never had any issues which makes it stress free for us men .

Went in for a ring repair with my wife, customer service was rude, need us to point out the damaged prong holding the diamond in place, went back to the microscope and came back 30 seconds later saying they don’t see anything wrong. Have to send it out and see if the jeweler can find any damage or not and see if it would be covered under my protection plan that was purchased at time of buying the ring. 3rd time it had to be sent out for repairs and everything they give me a hassle about sending it out. They gave me attitude and refused to explain why the repair might not be covered under warranty. Grabbed my wife’s ring back and went down to Kay and bought her a brand new ring and had amazing customer service
