Had to get a package shipped from a local store in their area to out of state. They picked up the package from the store, packaged it and I received it next day. This saved a lot of time for us if we drove to get it ourselves. Above and beyond customer service!

Instead of telling me I was incorrectly shipping my amazon returns this entire time (over 30+ items shipped) so I understood how to do it correctly, I had a women charge me a 1$ for tape to close the box and when I asked why it was different this time- I got nasty attitude and told "I could take it to the other UPS drop off" for amazon (I forget the location she mentioned) mind you I DID all my shipping through this location even though its horrible to get in and out of do to its location on MacArthur and only able to turn right and cross the bridge before being able to turn around. -Now- I check tracking for UPS and find the shipment is a FULL one (1) pound less in weight vs my receipt. It is delivered tomorrow and if everything is not in there I will be filling a police report that same day.

While I hope that they were not purposefully lying to me, the two ladies who are at the front desk today misinformed me as to if I could return my package there. They directed me to the UPS hub in Bethlehem, because my package was over 100 lb .
I went to the UPS hub, only for the gentleman there to inform me that it is not a 100 lb limit, but a 150 lb limit and that the UPS store on MacArthur could have, and should have accepted my package. He then directed me to the catasauqua road location due to not having as many complaints about them.
I hope that this will be mitigated with further training in the future, and like I said in the beginning that it wasn't a purposeful lie in order to avoid having to deal with a heavy package.

This store has 2 different google accounts. One says it's open on Sundays, the other says Closed. Which one is right? I dont want to drive there and they are closed.

This is a HORRIBLE location!! Not only is it at a bad spot to get in and out of, because of how it sits on 145, but the parking lot is also super tight (especially when there's a large UPS truck blocking half of it) and drops off significantly on one side. There's no yellow paint or wording to caution you about the sudden drop off either.
I went to this UPS Store location because I was returning an item from Amazon. The lady at the desk said that I didn't have my item in the original packaging, when I clearly did. I placed every part neatly back into the box that the item was delivered in. I removed the previous shipping label, but the stickers identifying the item (from the manufacturer) were still on it.
Then, she told me that I had to buy a whole new box and a roll of tape, so that it could be packaged better. Since I was bringing the item in the original box, I didn't see why I needed to choose the "UPS Dropoff- box and label needed" option when I initiated the return. Even if I did choose that option, it would've been free and still sent back via the UPS Store. The employee appeared to be creating a problem when there wasn't one.
I said that if it was necessary, I would go home and get another box and tape, but that I would rather not waste the time, effort, and gas to do so, especially since it was rush hour. I couldn't afford to buy those supplies in the store and there was no reason for me to buy anything because of what I mentioned previously.
Then, she printed me a receipt and moved my box to the counter behind her. I wasn't sure what this meant exactly because it wasn't placed where the other packages that were getting loaded onto the truck were sitting. Since I was given a receipt and sort of shooed away, I just wanted to get out of there.
As I was leaving, I heard the employee tell the people that were in line behind me that the packaging wasn't correct for their return either. They had a piece of clothing that was in a bag and said that's how it was delivered to them. She wanted them to buy new packaging in order to return it too.
I DEFINITELY WON'T be visiting this location again, unless I have no other option. It should be a simple process to return an item from Amazon and have the UPS Store ship it back for you. I don't want to be bothered about buying additional packaging when it's unnecessary.

Their customer service is honestly amazing. They do their very best to assist with whatever i need and they are kind and courteous. I wont go to any other UPS location even if it was more convenient to get to.

Tried to force a charge for a Amazon return said box wasn’t packed properly and they will redo it but need to charge me or I can take it away, box wasn’t opened from Amazon all seams taped. They just want to charge anything they can. Place has went down hill

The people who work there always charge you up to 4 dollars for just playing a tape. I think they have terrible service.
