Horrible experience, went to go get a piece of jewelry fixed as it had broken. Everything online stated you had to take it to a store to get a warranty exchange. After driving an hour to go to the store. Walked in and instantly got greeted by the “Store Manager of 17 years”. Didn’t even get to show the piece of jewelry to her before getting told she can’t do anything about it. Every time my boyfriend tried to ask what we needed to do to get the warranty exchange the “Store Manager of 17 years” just kept interrupting him while he was trying to speak. As she stated she couldn’t help us at all due to not having the jewelry in stock and we needed to call the customer service hotline numerous times.We left and called the customer service hotline, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and apologized for the disrespect we have received. If anything is needed or wrong with ur jewelry I highly recommend going elsewhere in hopes you will have good service.

Every purchase I make at this location throughout the years goes so smoothly. Staff (shoutout to Breezy and Shannon) are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always know what to recommend! I was just there yesterday going in with a certain piece to purchase in mind—they were birthday gifts for myself, but they know my style and recommended something better! I love it!! Thank you, you ladies are the best!!

15 years ago, my then boyfriend (now husband) bought me a beautiful ring. It was the very first Christmas present he’s ever given me . Swarorki and Kay’s collaborated. I believe it was called color pop or color splash- something along those lines. Anyway, the crystals on my ring began to fall out. My husband was smart enough to buy a warranty. We went in there to see if they could replace the crystals or replace the ring in general. We were then told that they discontinued the ring and I will no longer be able to purchase another one. I no longer wear the ring because almost every single crystal is gone. This ring was very special to me and the employees didn’t seem to care at all. They basically shoved us out of the store. I think it’s because they didn’t want us to cause a scene.

I visited this store today in the hopes of exchanging some jewelry i had gotten last month. I arrived in the store and no one greeted me for the first few minutes. A hello would have been nice but ok. I then turn around from looking at some jewelry in a case when a tall, skinny lady with long black hair then asks me if I'm returning or exchanging an item. I tell her I'm exchanging and she then asks to see the Swarovski bag i brought with me with the items I'm returning. I ask her why and she tells me she wants to see the items I'm returning so she will know what kind of jewelry I'm looking for. I tell her that i clearly do not like the item which is why I'm bringing it back. Her looking at the item im returning would accomplish nothing. She then asks to see my receipt. Umm say what? So now its clear this is not about helping me but for me to show proof I bought the items. Now if you've been to this store, you know that 99% if the jewelry is locked up. There is no way i could have stolen the jewelry and put it in one of their boxes without buying it in the first place! Mind you i have touched NOTHING since coming in the store. I let her know I'm looking around and that my s/o has the receipt and will be in the store shortly. Wtf! I shouldn't even have to explain any of this! And mind you i haven't even made it to the register yet. All this is happening in the MIDDLE of the store. The lack of professionalism was outrageous and an experience that I should have never had to go through. After that any thought of spending my money at this store that was clearly racially profiling me, has left my mind. We returned the jewelry and left. They will not get a dime of my money now or in the future.

Worst costumer service I ever received. My order arrived late and they didn't take any responsibility for it. The packing look cheap and both ladies there were rude to me. Kinda ruined my expectations from Swarovski.
