This place takes advantage of women!!! The owner of this place is a total scam artist! Pressured me into putting a $200 deposit on a car I wasn’t sure about on a Friday evening, told me I could get my deposit back if I changed my mind. Come Monday, I changed my mind and called for a refund. I got the run around for WEEKS until I finally spoke to him. When I finally get a time to come in and get my refund, I give him my card and he professes the “refund”. He didn’t have a receipt to give me so I had to just take his word for it. Upon checking my bank account once the transaction went through, HE ONLY GAVE ME HALF OF MY REFUND BACK! He knew EXACTLY what he was doing and he tried to play dumb. He told me to come back in for the rest at which point I know felt uncomfortable not to mention the place is 40 minutes from my house. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, ESPECIALLY if you’re a woman.

I bought an overpriced $14k Audi from this dealership 6 months ago. To date, I have had to drop $4k in repairs from the shocks to the oil leaks to the electrical. I would NOT trust them to perform the inspection. I’d like to drive this car off a cliff.

I purchased a 2012 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid (that white porsche when you look up the dealer) from Sterling Auto Sales and Service, located at 2240 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052 on April 1st 2021. The dealer told me the vehicle had brand new tires installed and no issues and Clean title. Everything was fine till October 15th 2021 the vehicle would not start and I got the vehicle scanned. After the scan I received an error that Communication has been lost with my High Voltage Battery. I had the vehicle towed to Porsche Wyoming Valley in Wilkes-Barre and upon the mechanic at the dealership removing the High Voltage Battery they have found debris of sand and dirt. Suggesting that the vehicle may have been involved in a flood. Also the rear tires were in need of urgent replacement even though the dealer at Sterling stated that they installed new tires. The dealer at Sterling that sold me the vehicle mentioned nothing about the vehicle being involved in any type of accident and lied about the tires being new. I feel that I am a victim of Consumer Fraud. I contacted the dealer at Sterling about this but have been ignored. Don’t trust this shady business if there's a problem with your car they’ll blame you for not bringing a mechanic with you to inspect the vehicle. Also look at the carfax of the vehicle i bought. It shows the 1st owner had it since 2013 but owned it for 1 Year 1 month how does that make any sense since I am the second owner. This dealer may be doing some fraud of some type with title washing so I would advise anyone to be careful with this shady business.

Literally sold my relative a death trap on wheels. Took it to a reputable mechanic for a diagnostic and the entire frame of the vehicle was rotten. The struts were hanging for dear life. They also managed to hide the check engine light. On the initial drive home there were no lights. After the initial startup the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. If you value your money don’t go here.

Allow you to take more then a 4 minute test drive. This way you don't go through what we're going through which is after we bought it and actually DROVE it there is a MASSIVE bang coming from somewhere in the drivetrain. They said it was serviced but 2 days after I got it figured just lemme check and there was no oil. Also the second day we had it the service engine light came on and surprise there's multiple codes. Guess we have ourselves to blame though because we trusted him......
