The overall satisfactory of this store doesn’t meet customers expectations. Sometimes, it can be very messy with clothing or even just hardware lying around, but as a former ex employee it really all revolves on the company as a whole and the work load given to Managers and associates through out the day. If you been a loyal customer for 4+ years you’ll know the managers that have been there for awhile (me) they are kind and amazing at what they do and want see see you returning at the end of the day!

I’ve been coming to the location for years. Today was my last straw. The manager with the long wavy dark hair and glasses. Her attitude is AWFUL. If it wasn’t for the store manager being there the last time I came her customer service would’ve been horrible just like every other time. The store manager was awesome as well as the other EE’s. But that supervisor is something else. Her attitude sucks and she’s not afraid to show it, but when the store manager is there she straightens up it’s so funny to see the switch up. Clean store btw!

Cleaner than most pacsun locations. However, they had so many items in the wrong section with mis marked prices that ring up as more expensive when you check out :(

These two workers are extremely unprofessional and are purposely provoking arguments. The one on the right (black hair) had a nasty attitude as soon as we walked in and was talking to her coworker instead of assisting customers. She would not check out a customer that was ready and asking for assistance and stated the customer could wait even when there was no need to. They need to be trained or fired because it is obvious that they don't know how to work in retail.

I came into PacSun to pick up some things and when I’m ready to Go to the register I notice a line formed but no cashier present at the register. I ask around the store if there’s anyone working available, that’s when I see the cashier who refused to give her name look over as she was having a conversation with someone else not knowing what’s going on; she comes over and takes the first customer. The customer doesn’t realise she has some free items she can choose from. The employee decides to not attend me and actually let the customers LOOK AROUND FURTHERMORE to decide what they want. I ask if I can get rung up and am told no. Once minutes pass by I ask again because I’ve never had to wait for a customer to proceed to shop and hold the register she goes on telling me that she doesn’t want to ring me up because she doesn’t feel like the line is long and I have to wait although I am ready w items and payment. The customer who was still shopping even agrees with me and states that that doesn’t make sense to have me wait while She figured out what she wanted. This was all done for the simple fact she felt a way because I interrupted her conversation and reminded her that SHES AT WORK. I don’t think she liked that.

The clothes are nice, and they have decent deals on some clothes, but the employees seem to go out of their way to avoid customer interaction. Also there’s no separated “mens” and “women’s” changing rooms. As a grown man I didn’t feel comfortable going into the changing area with young girls floating around in there, that’s just asking for an accusation. I saw other guys trying on shirts behind the round racks, they clearly weren’t comfortable with it either.

My adult son bought Jean's lil over month ago but moved away.Because he didn't leave me the receipt but left me the jeans to see if I can exchange, restore scandal and said they were unclearance and could not refund or let me exchange ti mean exchange them. I understand about giving the lowest return rate which I had no problem with but there was no reason why they couldn't have let me pick up something else that would have Get him. The size on the jeans were way off my son is 6' 2 and the James would have fit somebody who was at least 6' 6Because of this I will not be returning to that store and will have to try to sell them to make up some of the money so I can report to some ofne other pair of jeans in a more reputable score

One of the absolute worst retail experiences ever. Not only were they not able to help me with my order, they told me to call back the next day just to give me more of a workaround to not have to help me.
