Very happy with Jack Williams, Whitehall. Rear tire was slowly losing air, found a nail in the tire last night. Went there this morning ,they took the car right in and I was back on my way to work in 15 minutes. Also there was no charge since I had purchased the tires there last fall. I have used them for tires and service over the last 20 plus years and they have always been a great store to do business with. Very pleased!!!

just terrible - had us wait for 2 hours to buy and replace a tire while on a family roadtrip, only for this place to inform us that we had to buy 4 new tires because they do not have 1 tire sales. never i have I heard some b/s like that and I'm just glad we drove off to find a better tire deal elsewhere.

Austin was super helpful. Inspection was completed successfully. I was lightly told I probably should do a power steering flush in the future. They checked my ac and found it required more than a recharge that they could not do so that will be handled by my mechanic and I'll be back next week for the power steering flush!

Brought car in for state inspection and car started to make a rattling sound. Were told car was not going to pass inspection because there was a crack in the manifold (even though last year we had a whole new exhaust system replaced by JW, Easton). Took car and left (wasn't sure if we wanted to put more money in this car) and called JW customer service to see if a new manifold would be covered under any type of warranty for the work done last summer. We were told someone would call us back. No call back several days later and took 2 call backs to customer service to get someone on the line to tell us no, not covered under warranty but that they will tell JW, Whitehall not to "gouge" us on the price of a new manifold (gee, thanks for not overcharging me). During that time though we had taken car to an independent mechanic who said there wasn't an actual crack in the manifold, and car just needed a new gasket that only cost $50.
