I couldn't recommend Green Acres Outdoor Living enough. They were extremely patient and informative through out the process of purchasing my new patio furniture. The delivery staff, Craig and Ian were top notch and delivered onto a patio that was fairly hard to access. All went off without a hitch. I am very pleased with my experience and would purchase from them again.

After waiting 6 weeks, my order was incorrect. You did not check order prior to calling me. When I arrived, i had to tell employee it was not correct. They apologized but wasted an hour of my day. He also added it’s been happening frequently. This would make you think we need to check orders before calling customers. Nothing was offered in way of compensation. Sadly It appears this is normalized and accepted way of doing business at Green Acres.

The 2 Delivery Men from Green Acres were excellent!!! Claudio & Ian delivered our patio furniture & an oversized umbrella during the storm we had on Friday. They were very careful with the Set Up & placement of everything , especially the umbrella which was challenging given the weather. The function of umbrella was reviewed & they did go over everything!!! Thank You !!!!job well done!!!

Terree was absolutely wonderful to work with. They worked with me closely on my timelines (large backyard project going on), and delivered an absolutely beautiful gazebo! My family and I had no idea how much this gazebo would change our stress levels.

Great place to get high end furniture. We have purchased outdoor poly furniture from both the easton and allentown locations. Green Acres sells quality amish furniture that should last a very long time. You can feel the difference between this patio furniture and the big box store outdoor furniture. You know the saying, you get what you pay for, well, this is certainly true. The furniture is not cheap but it is worth every penny in my opinion. We have purchased the donoma fire set with four swivels chairs, the donoma fire table with six chairs, 2 gliders, 2 chaise lounge chairs and the island bar. I think you can tell that we really like this furniture. lol…We will absolutely continue to do business here again in the future. We never had a problem from the time we stepped foot on green acres to the delivery. Great people, friendly staff and a great product.

They have the best selection without a doubt in the Lehigh Valley of high-quality outdoor living furniture, grills and other items. I recently purchased a counter height round table and chairs we saw one evening on their lot before they officially opened. We went back and purchased the next day. Delivery was seamless to our home. This is the second purchase I've made from Green Acres. We purchased a large shed a few years back. Again, the transaction and delivery was seamless.

Overall, our experience with Green Acres has been Great. We are very satisfied, long term heating fuel customers. We recently purchased a patio dinning set and Adirondack chairs at the new location. Mike Orta was our sales contact at the New location and he was very helpful and easy to work with on the furniture. Our patio furniture was delivered very quickly, and we a very happy with our purchase and delivery. Jessie our favorite heating oil team member helped on the delivery and, as usual he is a pleasure. We highly recommend the Green Acres team. Love the new location on the west side of the valley!

Our preschool has worked with Green Acres for over 20 years! We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our playground equipment and recently the bench we purchased. Friendly staff, customer service and product knowledge! Always a great experience!

Professional from start to finish. Ordered the shed.Told me the exact day when they were be there to work on the base. Scheduled me out for the delivery and showed up as expected.Can't wait until the move to their new location closer to my house.

The sales person did not appear to know the product well. I needed to correct them on various things because I had already done my homework. The site prep was done in a very nice manner. Very pleased with it. When it was 2 days prior to the day my shed was to be delivered, I called to check the status. Much to my dismay, I was told the shed was never ordered. No one seems to know how or why this happened. Asked for them to expedite a shed for me but was told that was not possible. The manager did apologize and offered me a discount because of their mistake. Shed is still a month away from delivery so I cannot comment on whether shed came with the options I ordered (I'm holding my breath) and I cannot comment on delivery .
