I typically shop online. I only come to the store if I have to return something or if the online store forgot to remove a security tag. Every single time I come into this store the person “helping” me has a mindset to block what I need. They are rude and unhelpful. I know this isn’t the highest paying job, but there could be a slight bit of helpful courtesy to the customers.

A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.

I purchased a baby bunting. Product details said 100% cotton. The outside was 60% cotton 40% polyester. Lining was 100% polyester. Not as listed. I’m surprised at The Gap.

Beware of their 30 day return policy. I thought I was returning within time but they go by THEIR shipped out date. Not the date you actually receive the item. I was 4 days past their 30 day window so they returned the item to me. I choose Target and Amazon now over this. They have great return policies-convenient and no questions asked most times. Gap just said sorry they disappointed me and now I’m stuck with $70 jeans that don’t fit. Ugh!

This store is ALWAYS clean, neat, and organized. Unlike Children's Place where they look like the inventory monster threw up everywhere. They had customers, but their cashiers were still helpful and really sweet and asked me if I needed help finding anything. The lady who was there Monday at around 6 pm at the cash register was super professional and deserves much respect. She is the kind of employee that remains professional and does her job even if it's a slow day. Sad to say that isn't the case with the other few stores that haven't closed down yet.
