I shop here all the time! I wish they wouldn’t have gotten rid of all the cds and dvds. They have a very little amount of cds and dvds now. It was very disappointing. I wish they would bring all the cds back in the long shelves they had.

For Your Entertainment? More like Forget Your Ears because they won't listen to you! I wish I could leave a half or zero star review, but I did find the product I was looking for.. That was some of the WORST customer service I've experienced in a while. The employees (all two of them) seemed like they were more interested in talking to people they already knew rather than helping paying customers. The clerk who did my transaction, Ian, was really nasty to me. He badgered me for my email address even after I told him I don't have one, so I felt forced to give him one. He claimed it was "for receipt purposes." Uh, I wasn't born yesterday! I know I got a paper receipt and never was "emailed a receipt" so you really just wanted my email to make your commission for your spam email list. I woke up this morning to an emailed titled WELCOME TO FYE! Unsubscribed! I hate this store now. It used to be unthreatening and almost inviting. There's barely any CDs or DVDs anymore. The selection was crap and the employees were even worse. Be careful if you get Ian as your checkout clerk, he's just going to give you a nasty attitude when you try to say you don't want to be upsold on products and don't want to share your email! Maybe work somewhere else if you're going to be so mad that I don't want FrEe MaGaZiNe SuBsCiPtIoNs! I'm not stupid, I know how subscriptions work. I only came there for one thing and it WASN'T to be treated like s##t.

I was very disappointed the last time I visited this store in the Lehigh Valley Mall. They have gotten rid of most of their CDs and DVDs to make room for overpriced pop culture stuff you can find elsewhere a lot cheaper. It is sad to see a store that I once enjoyed finding music and movies at has changed so drastically. I won't be visiting this location again.

Super friendly staff, always willing to help find that certain movie or movies for my collection. Sucks they are getting rid of most of their used movies, only getting in newer stuff ? Over all, one of the better FYE stores in the area!

Visited this location recently and was greatly disappointed. Aside from some new releases they've eliminated their movie section.

Huge selection of funko pops and the staff is awesome. Especially the one girl that works there she always remembers me when I go in and has helped me on more than 1 occasion
