The Fairview Restaurant opened in 1872 overlooking the Lehigh River and Canal. The Bechtel family took over in 1979 and is proud to continue its tradition for 39 years.
At the request of our many customers we started catering full time in 1989. Our local catering company has been expanding every few years. We have served groups of over 2000 guests and always happy to serve our long time clients for all their family events: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Reunions, Showers, Graduations, and all special life moments!
