I ordered two shirts online for store pick up today. I was at the mall for something else, but hadn't gotten the email letting me know my purchase was ready to be picked up. I went to express and figured I take a chance and ask them if I can have my items since I was there already. The two gentlemen that helped me today (wish I would have taken their name) asked for my order number and were very nice and got my items for me. I know they didn't have to and could have asked me to wait for the email. I really appreciate the great customer service I received today.

I asked for a size adjustment on a recent online order of mine. I brought the items & my receipt to the store but apparently it was too much work for the fellow working on 02/08/22 @ 4:04p. Customer service skills 0/10. Gave me a gift card instead - after I specifically & simply wanted a size adjustment.
