My daughter and I found a really nice dress for her graduation and she needed to try it on but for some reason the dressing room was closed. I asked about it and they said oh we closed it for today. Obviously we couldn't get the dress and it was disappointing.

Worst place to work, I can’t believe that they are so unprofessional, the owner of this store need to check out the managers and employees, I let my daughter to start working there and all she been getting is disrespect from a manager and some of the employees and not only that they was making her to do some of their job as well, they are disrespectful with customers also having her by herself in the register when is a long line of customers, while a group of them are having fun in the back I just talked to Jenny she told me she’s a manager I ask her to please take my daughter out of the schedule she not working there anymore I let her know how unprofessional they are and that I was going to make sure the owner know what is going on there.

Customer service is not good , me and my friend walked in just wanting to look around when I heard one of the employees mumble to herself that “it wasn’t our section ” when we proceeded to keep looking around she then said it again , we then walked out and didn’t buy anything

Attentive store manager!! She gave me some fashion advice and was really nice with clients. Excellent costumer service! I recommend everyone to go there. Very clean and organized store. They really got good prices. 20/10

I bought alot of clothes for my girlfriend there. The prices are great and customer service is amazing. The store manager is really nice and so helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommend going there because I will definitely shop there again!

Excellent customer service and the girls at the store are very helpful. Give you fashion advise and are very polite. Store is very clean and always full filled with new fashion trends grate prices!

The employees in this store are rude and talk down on you. They don’t offer help when you ask for it. I will not be shopping here again.

UPDATE: I bought so many pairs of jeans here. & then they just faded out of plus size. I was there when they had the sales to get rid of them, so I grabbed what I needed. I am forever searching for my Refugee + jeans. I can only find them online & they're not the right kind ?. I'm really disappointed in C.R....Love this place! Best plus-sized pants, ever! Just make sure to try them on- I am typically a 22, but I can fit in 20's-24's here. Same brand, but different materials or something. I felt so bad for the dressing room lady last I went there. I brought about 7 pairs in the room to try, & none fit because the size I thought I was in the store was different for every pair. I got lucky the second time I went in, thankfully! Very nice people, clean, open, & comfortable. I've had jeans from them for over a year with weekly wear/wash & no tearing. Not even in my thighs! ?

My experience here sucked until Tyeva rung me up at the register. It’s uncanny that the supervisor on shift tonight almost made you guys loose a paying customer. Make sure management thanks Tyeva for de-escalating ignorance of her supervisor.
