The folks at Budget are so helpful and courteous. Cathy Santos sent the info I wanted promptly and explained everything I had questions about. The guys who did the pickup of my daughter’s belongings for summer storage and later return to Lehigh were right on time and very speedy. This will be our go-to place as long as my daughter is in college.

This is the second spring semester that we used Budget for summer storage of my daughter’s dorm room. They are phenomenal. My daughter and I packed up her stuff in waterproof storage bins. Labeled them. The team from Budget comes right to her room and takes everything to the truck and the storage facility. They will bring it all right up to her new dorm room in the fall. Really appreciate their service.

Super easy to schedule pickup at my daughter's dorm. They came exactly when they said they would and had her stuff packed up in 5 minutes. Fantastic service. Highly recommended if you need to store your child's stuff over summer break

Some stuff was not in our storage bin when I moved our stuff out.I called but was told that I did not buy the insurance that they offered.I will take it as a lost.

Your office staff on Werley Rd was beyond rude and the office smelled like smoke. She let me know I was inconveniencing her because I came in “at the end of her day” (4:30) and the office closed at 5:00. I said I was looking to rent the unit now, planning for my move next month. Her response was “you rent now, you pay now. That’s how it works.” This was a completely disgusting and disappointing experience!!

Friendly owner/manager who takes COVID -19 precautions very seriously. Clean and secure storage units. Extremely reasonable price for the 5 x 10 bin we rent. Located in Whitehall but also convenient to Allentown. Only downside is that they don't have any climate controlled units but the bin we have really doesn't get very hot (don't know about the cold yet). We will continue to store our "stuff" here while we do some remodeling.

So far I give then a 2. It would be a 1 but due to the pricing I had to increase the rating. So. When I rented the unit. I explained i needed to move in the same day. I needed late access. The rep said. I will give you 24 hour access. Awesome. I came back around 6pm with my stuff and movers. No access. Yet the sign on the gate said 6am to 9pm. Paid the movers to come back in the AM. 6am.. no access. Called at 930. Spoke to the rep who said he will fix it. Came back at noon and guess what... no access. Ultimately had to pay $400 to movers for a $200 job because of lack of access. Now, the unit is moist, spiders everywhere, no hall lighting, and no assistance with correcting the issue. This is turning out to be the worse experience I've had with customer service. So if need be, pay more to stay elsewhere. All my stuff is wet, growing mold due to the moisture. I been asking to speak to a manager for 4 days and have yet to get a call back. Let's see where this goes....photos to come...
