I've had nothing but good experiences with Paraco. Delivery is fast, using the website is easy, and on the occasion I needed a tech to visit the house they were friendly and knowledgeable!

Have been with Paraco for a long time. Never been so disappointed and upset with them! Called Monday December 4th for a fill up. Have called 3 times so far and have only been told "it's waiting to be assigned to a driver still". Meanwhile my tank is very, very low now (I called when it was at 35, as i always do) and it's now Saturday and no idea as to when it's supposed to be delivered!!!And on top of that, have a major storm coming to our area Sunday into Monday with Temps dropping very rapidly with small children to worry about!!!! Not happy AT ALL!! The worst customer service I've ever had!!!

It was the best. I was without heat and Roxanne made sure that Chris fixed my furnace. Your the greatest!!! I hope the Paraco Team has a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year.

If anyone has ANY issues, Cassandra in service is your go to person! She listens, she solves issues and thanks to her and HER alone, we have decided to stay with Paraco! This woman deserves a promotion!

Overall happy with our service with Paraco Gas. Initial contact to create an account and set up inspection for our recent lake house purchase went well. Customer Service had a challenge locating the old account at first as it was still in previous owners name. On site service tech, Chris was friendly, efficient, and helpful to advise of any needed upgrades/changes. The required new tank delivery could have gone easier which is why I have listed only 4 stars but this was strictly with the scheduling; 1st time Paraco cancelled after a call by me mid-morning to confirm delivery was still happening, 2nd time auto reminder text came 1 day early which had me drive to lake house to meet, wait without delivery, 3rd time I had to cancel after a requested morning delivery was scheduled for the afternoon. Finally received new tank on 4th try, again Chris the service tech was great.

Automatic delivery to avoid running out of propane with tank monitoring reported directly to Paraco. Drivers are respectful of property and always leave a receipt with total of gallons of propane delivered with pricing. Thanks guys!!

Been waiting since Sept 23 rd for gas and I already talked to customer service 3 times and they said nothing they can do and your station is 5 minutes up road to only thing they offered was if I wanted to terminate service with them
