“Ive been going to Bertolet since 2011 to get service on my 03 Jetta. Always great service. Very honest and always done right the first time. I even had them find a used transmission and they replaced it. It lasted me 100,000 miles to 222,100 miles.
I always wanted to buy a vehicle from them. I bought my first brand new 2024 Taos SEL from them. First I wanted a Jetta, but I needed awd and they were great in helping me find what i needed. Sat in an S. SE. And they didnt have to say much, the SEL spoke for itself. Amazing vehicle! Bertolet doesnt have pushy/fake salespeople here who try to make an extra dollar. Theyre very helpful and when youre ready, theyre ready which was so important to me. It wasnt a game you had to play. Thanks Berotlet!!”

“As I’m making my way back from New England on my way to Virginia, I get the light on in my car telling me that I have low tire pressure. I stopped to put air in and found a piece of metal in my tire. Their service station was the closest to the gas station I had stopped at. Wonderful, wonderful experience!!! Very friendly, family owned station got me in right away. Patched my tire and did not take advantage of me. Very reasonably priced…. cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone here was courteous + professional (esp Johnny, who was SO nice), and my inspection appointment was honored in a timely fashion. They let me know about a couple of things I will want to to do in the future, but didn't try to sell me on doing it there and then, which I appreciate. They seem really honest. Also the inspection cost about 1/3 of what I paid at Tire Choice, so this is my mechanic going forward. Highly recommend!”

They don't try to scam you like a lot of shops do upselling parts and service that aren't necessary. If it's not necessary Joe ("Mitch") will tell you it's not necessary. “I've been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years I always have a good experience with them. Recently they just adopted this new service where they pick up your vehicle perform the service and deliver it I thought I would give it a try and my brand new vehicle with 280 mi on it came back with a scratch at the driver's door! I did not bother to report it because it would have been a he said she said sort of situation I had the vehicle repaired .their service is top notch however I would recommend driving the vehicle there yourself.”
