The woman today was very helpful. The last time I went in and try to use a flat rate box that should have been $21 and some cents I was told it would cost me $50 to send. I was only sending a box of Pop-Tarts and a box of Twinkies to Germany. Needless to say my friend is not getting his sweets. But today the woman was very very helpful. It was still expensive to send a package to Georgia I thought. Next time FedEx

We love our Freeport Post Office! It’s clean and organized and the employees know their stuff and are always willing to help you get the best price on a package if you’re not sure. I always ship my packages from here!

The people that work there are the most lazy miserable people I have ever seen horribke service and the woman that works in the front desk let me tell you she is probably the most unpleasant person ive evver talked to and the olace is a filthy dump I do not recommend this ppst office to anyone for your own sake go to a different one this onr needs to be closed

Typical Post Office. Employees have no pride in their work or the services they offer. I needed to mail 43 invitations. Thought they might have a machine to automatically add postage. Nope. I had to stick 43 stamps on manually. The clerk wasn't busy but just watched. He could have offered to help but he made no effort. Poor customer service.
