Mark was incredibly honest about what was going on with my vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. As someone that doesn’t know a lot about cars, I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to rake me over the coals. Very fair pricing for what I needed done. “There are few things more valuable than an honest mechanic. Frank and the team at Radeshaks are the best. All of our family in the area use them exclusively. My father in law recomended them to me originally and I've been extremely satisfied with their work. “This was mine and my husband's first time having to purchase a car as adults, without the help or advice of a parent. I was nervous, because obviously it's a big purchase, but the owner was very kind and transparent and was not the type of person to try and pull a fast one or push for us to buy any kind of useless extra this-thats. He broke down everything - the prices, the fees, the state of the car and its history. He was very generous with the test drive, gave us the keys and let us look in and around and under the hood for as long as we needed to feel satisfied, which mind you was quite a while. And the paperwork (which I was most nervous about) was an absolute breeze thanks to him and his wife. We were out with our newly purchased car in under three hours, and honestly the time actually in the office probably totaled to maybe an hour or less. Fantastic service, prices and policies. We're looking forward to our new freedom with this car, and someday down the line if we need another, we will absolutely be going back here. Thanks so much, you wonderful people!!!”

Today I picked up my 2020 Toyota Sequoia he replaced my spark plugs with factory Toyota parts for far less than the dealership wanted. A Toyota dealership wanted $440 to do the job.
