“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”
“These guys are fantastic. Never had any issues. I signed up for monthly payments and everything went smoothly. The manager Lamar is great and so helpful and easy to work with. As another reviewer pointed out, i too was charged a full month for one day of service at the end of the term but I understand that's their business model. Great service nonetheless.”

“This storage depot is spacious, clean and friendly staff. Good pricing for units. I've had my unit for 8 years at a reasonable price, but this month they decided to bump up the price $40 without any warning. I'm not very happy about this. But, overall, a good storage depot.”
