Had an amazing experience today! Being new to the area I had no idea who to take Bow to for a much needed grooming. Bow is a labradoodle and she treated him as if he was her own pet. I was so happy with the experience I scheduled his next appt!!

I would not recommend this salon for any type of pet grooming. Unfortunately, I called the salon one day to see if they were taking new dogs and if so, if she could do a puppy cut on my 6 month old Newfoundland/Poodle puppy at the time. I was never spoken to so rudely! The owner proceeded to smirk & laugh at me on the phone saying things like, "I don't know what kind of breed you THINK you have, but it's not that!" After explaining what my dog looked like, his fur type, and offered to send a picture, I decided that it was best for me to chose a salon that spoke to their potential clients with more respect.
