Dispatch told me my appointment for pick up was at 7am. Got here at 6:15 checked in at door A and they told me I was 3 hrs early. Outbound doesn’t get here till 9am. Gentlemen told me he was inbound and couldn’t do anything. Now have to wait an additional 3 hrs

Good for UPS pickup got loaded in 20 min on saturday guy was good too.
