Excellent customer service, absolutely top notch. I have a Queen Anne style cherry wood poster bed that I purchased over 20 years ago that I needed new side rails for. I contacted the manufacturer and they no longer make hook on rails. Luckily I found Colonial Furniture, they replied to my initial inquiry the same day and sent me schematics that I was able to print off to ensure the rails and hook would fit. They are very through in making sure you get the right product and have a variety of woods and finishes to choose from. They even called me and I was able to place my order over the phone and go over everything I need, I ended up ordering slats well.

I had to convert my son's bed from twin to twin XL and then realized it's very hard to find the right sizes of the bed rails & bed slats to do the job. I was so glad to find this company that can make customized sizes. Dennis was very patient in understanding my need and assisted me to get the right measurements. He's also very experienced and chose the right finish of the maple wood that match my son's bed perfectly. The wood quality of the bed rails and slats are of supreme quality. All these were done via emails and phone calls with Dennis during the shelter in place order of the Covid-19 situation. I was a very satisfied customer and gave this company a big thumbs up!

My son broke the side boards on his bed. I called up Colonial and spoke to Dennis, for a quote. I gave him the measurements of the broken boards, and matched up the color from the chart he sent me. It took about a week to get them (UPS ground). I was in no hurry. What I got was high quality side boards, solid cherry, that were a perfect match for the head/foot boards. You will not be disappointed if you do business with these guys!

I can not say enough good things about the customer service I recieved from Barry at Colonial Furniture. I recently lost the key to a server that was purchased over 30 years ago. Barry took the time to send not only one but two keys to me in hopes of getting the server open. The second key worked! The server is once again fully operational and I appreciate everything that was done for me. Thanks for the great service!
