Rude, rude, rude. Every time I enter this post office it's nothing but attitude. I'll be getting a po box in Jonestown just so I no longer have to go after packages and deal with this attitude. She acts like she's going to come across the counter... please do honey, I'll be happy to give you a lesson in customer service. You are HORRIBLE at your job, take your misery elsewhere.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. If you can avoid using this P.O. you should! They are absolutely terrible at their job which is crazy because one woman (who isn't afraid to tell you!) "Has been there over twenty years". I once got a package delivered to me addressed to a different address. (This happens all the time) I gave it back to them and told them about the mistake. A week later THEY SENT ME THE SAME PACKAGE! Also, they refuse your mail without giving you an opportunity to fix the issue. TERRIBLE POST OFFICE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid using USPS at all costs!!! We go days without mail. Often when we do get mail it's not even ours. Packages are "delivered" to the wrong home and I have to go on a hunt for my stuff. It's absolutely ridiculous how horrible this PO is.

Although the hours on the door state 8-4pm, their probably won't be anyone there to help you. When I asked the lady about the hours, she just shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes and walked away. These people are so rude. I will never go to this post office again, sometimes it worth it to spend the extra money for UPS.

Don't bother to pay extra for priority mail. My mother sent me a package 2 day delivery "priority mail" that took 9 days to get to Lancaster PA. (Pony Express was faster than that). I received it in Arizona 12 days after it was sent (the chocolate was melted!). When I called (auto-redial took 50 tries), I was told only priority mail express gets a refund, NOT priority mail. Guess the post office is too busy hand stamping ballots to throw the election to actually deliver the mail.

The staff here does have bad attitudes. Any time I go in, they don't smile, and look at you like your an alien and disturbing them. They do NOT have good service. I wish they would get better staff. Often they put mail at my house where it will get wet. I've told them many times about it, but hardly a change takes place. They also leave a "Sorry we missed you" note in the box when I was right there in the yard where they could have given me the package. They were just lazy, not wanting to get out of their car.

Regular staff give attitude when asked questions. Have had packages sit for days before I had to go get. Tracking will say out for delivery and they bring regular mail and not deliver package.

only place I've ever had a problem with the Post Office UPS fedex everybody else will deliver my package but this Post Office never Delivers , So I put a huge mailbox down there so I don't lose my packages because they refuse to drive-in my lane but it's the 1st house on the lane it's a little unreal that I gotta Chase my packages down every single time because they refused to stray off their route and they refused to let it at the mailbox but yet another Company will leave it there. I got a busy schedule I cannot be chasing packages down all the time now this is holding me back with everything I gotta do and when you go down there and try to compromise they don't wanna hear it, they give an attitude. I do everything in my power to not have them deliver any of the packages I order but yet every single week they screw me over. I made a special trip to get a package the other day and lady literally locked doors I am walking in for lunch stood there and would not give me my package , she just ignored me. So I have no good review about them whatsoever it's pure laziness.
