1594 Cumberland St, Lebanon“Each visit is great - service is fast, every staff member is always friendly, and the prices a great. Even when it feels busy inside, they’re efficient and keep things moving. I’ve lived here for 4-5 years and always used Mail Dock for shipping needs; I have never needed to go to the local post office. I’m not sure why anyone would brave the post office when the Mail Dock business exists.”
“My print and ship master, Thomas is great ..always pleasant and accomadating..he knows about printing and different techniques to get the job done!! He's the best, never too busy or pre- occupied...Im learning ,now I can do some things myself!! How cool is that ! Customer for life ..Shirl”
“They packed a piece of furniture (along with numerous smaller items) for us and shipped it over halfway across the country. It arrived in perfect condition! The driver said it was an excellent job of securing it. It was nice to see somebody treating our family heirloom as their own. Highly recommended.”
“Bought thousands of items of ebay over the past decade and usps never fails me and always delivers a day early. Always slightly winded but neverthless friendly staff. you guys are the best.”

It seems every time I go in, there are new people. It makes it hard to develop a relationship so they know my needs, particularly my printing jobs. The only person that is long-term is the one I seek out while I shop there. She is the best!”
“I've always had good experiences here. Lines are usually short and the people are friendly. For those of you who have complaints, try going to a NYC post office and this post office will suddenly seem like paradise ?”
“I had to ship something to a friend on another continent - the process was super smooth, and the woman who assisted was very nice and helpful! Every part was quick and easy.”
“It’s not the people working behind the desks fault your package is late. They don’t get joy out of people coming in angry at them for something they cannot control. I’ve seen reviews mad at them because of how Amazon delivered their packages (which USPS is not Amazon) and god forbid the weather be bad and cause issues. USPS let’s you track your package for free online and get updates to your phone/email so you don’t have to get mad at the desk people about them not knowing exactly where your package is because they can only see the same information you’ll see. Mail people really are not paid enough people expect them to just know everything about some randos shipment. It is not this locations fault that your package is late to get there, as they’re literally waiting for it to get there too, that’s more of a cooperate issue.”
“Great people! I work in Bethel, go there daily and they always go above and beyond to help. Even carrying packages to my vehicle. I've stopped using my own local post office and use them for my personal mailings also. Thank you!”
