Called in for a gasket and dude hung up on me when I said I might look around more do better with customer service I use parts from all store around me but O'Reilly auto parts on the hill will never have me step foot inside their store ever again I'd say go to autozone and have Chuck take care of ya cause God knows O'Reilly will just hang up on you

Workers at O'Reilly's were very helpful. My husband and I went to buy 2 low beam lights for our car and they even installed it for us. It's a little tricky but they're able to please us with their excellent job.Thank you very much.

I would give this store 100 stars if I could! We own 7 trucks and used to price shop around to get the best deal (I mean who wouldn’t) but the customer service we receive here every time we go in is unbelievable and I don’t care if it cost a little bit more to go here! The manager Rob is AMAZING to deal with he knows exactly what you are looking for even when you don’t have a part number for him to just look it up, some of the other guys that have been there are pretty good to deal with also. Typically if they don’t have something in stock they can usually get it to you same day or early the next day!

These guys took the time to cross reference out starter on a 292-296 straight 6 which no other auto parts store in the area would even open a book to look it up. All others told us nope can't help you. Especially AUTOZONE ON 322 TRASH PLACE AND THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE USELESS EVERYTIME I GO THERE. THEY DONTHAVE ANY AUTO EXPERIENCE AT ALL.

I was told by AutoZone they couldn't replace low beam headlight... went to O'Reilly and they did it! No problem! Rob was super nice when I called and Chuck replaced without a problem (even in the rain)...I got my wiper blades there also since they were so great!! Thank you!!
