Don’t ever ever try to deliver a load to this facility if you have a plans for the day. Extremely horrible and terrible to unload you. This is second time to this facility. My appointment was 6am got there 5:33am. They finished unloading 3:33pm to finished unloading me. Very horrible. Very poor unloading guys. Don’t try. You’ll regret. !

Been here 2 times. First time left within 2 hours.
Second time left within 4 hours. Both times only 10 pallets. Thwyvrakr their time.

I know it's wrong to curse, but this place is really rubbish among rubbish. Unloading is super slow. Check in at 9am and finish at 3:25pm, 5.5 hours. It's rubbish and speechless. No matter what time you get here, You can only wait here all day long. You can't do anything. If you can avoid it, I personally think you should stay away from here.

Can’t complain I had delivery appointment for Wednesday 8 AM. Arrived the previous day at 3:30 PM checked in. They told me to wait a few minutes to check if they can take me early ,they checked and told me it’s my lucky day. They got me a door ,unloaded in 30 minutes full truckload.

They are Horrible here unloading drivers…….. takes them 7 hours to unload me………..don’t not book loads here ….They will just waste ur time.they came to my trl once every hour for 5 min Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a delivery at 12 pm, checked in after 9 am, unloaded and going out gate 11 am,easy in and out from dock,can park in gate until you get to dock,not sure about parking on-site till morning

Don't plan on doing anything else with your day. Not a single thing.
They schedule afternoon appointments that eat your whole day going in then keep you past usual business hours. So plan on a 14- hour day to unload that technically won't incur detention.

I was skeptical because of the previous negative reviews before coming here but I had an amazing experience I must say. I checked in at 8am for a 9am appointment and was out by 8:25am. Now, I was delivering to the cross dock department on door M29, I don’t know if that plays an important factor but thank you!!!

This place is TRASH hot garbage got here at 5:00am been in the door going on 6 hours it’s 11:00am still not unload it’s Friday so I honestly think they are just dragging it out bring a breakfast lunch and dinner you will need it they will not let u leave to get food stay far away from this wearhouse

Many drivers write bad comments to the company, I have been here two times, the longest it has taken to unload is about two hours a full trailer, for me it is normal, the person who receives the papers is normal, the attitude is also normal, it is not like other places that make bad faces, I give it 5 stars
