The team there is burdened with an incompetent third party responsible for the delivery of appliances. As a former VP of sales for a fortune 100 company, I want to single out Jeremy, the specialties manager, Deb C, manager of appliances and Bill the assistant manager. They all worked hard at making sure the customer deserves attention in spite of their horrible delivery contractor, GE delivery. I had ordered a refrigerator and was told delivery was going to be today. Oops. They lost it and told me, oh well, maybe next week. This team, worked diligently with the contractor and when they got nowhere with them, they made sure that I remained a loyal customer. Thank you Jeremy.”
