The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. “The best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. I had a little bumper accident and I went to a few other auto body shops and they wanted to replace the whole bumper. I went to Pejey’s and Earl explained to me that it didn’t have to be replaced, that he would be able to fix it without replacing it, and at a fraction of the cost. I’ve included before and after shots. My car looks like a brand new car. I cannot say enough good things about Earl and Mike. I’m so thankful I found them and I am very blessed that they fixed my car and well beyond my expectations!”
“These guys are awesome! My car broke an axle out on the road on a Sunday. I called my car insurance company's "Roadside Assistance" number and I couldn't even get a human being to answer, just a text telling me that a tow truck wouldn't be available until the following day. I called Young's and they were out with the tow truck within 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem right away, towed it back to their garage & repaired it the following day. I couldn't be happier.”

“I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I brought it up without an appointment. They fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. And this is not the first time something like this has happened with me at Eagle service. I am appreciative that they have a Hometown feel instead of those big big box stores.”

“I’m so impressed with Penske for a number of reasons. I rented a van through Jamie Reinhardt, the manager in the Exton, PA office. I appreciate how all of Penske’s trucks and vans are in such nice condition, and relatively new. Jamie told me Penske rotates out their rental vehicles and replace them with new ones regularly, and while they have relatively low mileage. I drove the cargo van to Brooklyn to move a loved one out of the city. Had a small fender bender, so, having purchased the insurance they offer, I called the office. They referred me to the King of Prussia office, who sent me to the Risk Management Department. A gentleman helped me quickly file a claim over the phone, and was on my way. Once home, after unloading, the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition, so it was unable to start. So they make it easy to call the 24/7 Roadside Service, which I did, and Rob drove to my house inside an hour, and got it going. It took him 2 seconds! Apparently when a steering wheel is locked in place (anti-theft device!) all that’s needed is to turn the wheel slightly, which releases the pressure on the ignition key and allows the key to turn. Never new that trick. All in all, my rental experience had bumps in the road. But point is, when issues come up( and they do, that’s life), every person in the Penske company knew just what to do, referred me to the proper department, and each person did their job eagerly, friendly, and quickly. Penske is set up to handle problems and they’re very organized, in my experience with the Exton office. I’d encourage rental customers to just go ahead and buy the insurance they offer, it’s not that expensive, and if something happens, you’ll be glad you ponied up for the coverage. Penske might be a little more expensive, I’m not sure, but you’ll get a nearly new truck or van, and the support of an outstanding customer service staff that all seem to take their jobs seriously. “Just rented a Penske truck through Whitford. I found out that the 26footer that I rented was overkill for what I had to do. Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable. The truck itself was clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them for future rentals.”

“Sev and I are good friends now! And after all isn’t that what you want from this type service? The feeling of a fair (in my case more than fair) deal? I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed. Sev listened to my issue and told me to come by on Tuesday. He had lots of other work but found time for my unique situation. Suffice it to say it would have been thousands if I went through insurance. It wasn’t even hundreds. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my only disappointment was not knowing about Sev before. “They were able to squeeze me in 3 days after Christmas before driving home to Massachusetts. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn’t able to be delivered overnight, so they gave me a temporary fix so I could drive home safely, as well as an exact write up of what was needed so I could get my car fixed while at home. I was only charged for an hour of time to diagnose the issue. Great service, great communication, and quick work!”
