This shopping center has a lot of nice stores with lots of construction going on putting in a new Target, etc. The only ding I would give them is the parking lot. Spaces are too tight and you risk life and limb trying to navigate to your car. A fresh coat of blacktop wouldn't hurt either.

It's about time they started fixing this old place up. It's in a great area if it didn't look like trash all the time I'm sure they'd do better business.

This is where QVC Outlet is located. I think the State of PA has a driver's license facility there, also.
