We had a check engine light on our new car and we were from out of state and they were able to take us in on a Friday morning without an appointment.. A missing gas cap. Yep, these guys rock!!!

Traveled from NC to get the bike of my dreams. Staff had me feeling like family upon arrival. Salesman, Joe, aka Miller Time, went above and beyond to make paperwork process easy for me. Even assisted me with loading my beauty onto a trailer in the cold rain. Exceptional group and some of the best customer service I've ever encountered.

Steve, in the Frazer Service Office is the BEST! EVERYTIME, the quickest and safely done upgrade request or repairs have been received. He goes out of his way to beat other offers. Several appts for various work never fail to make me happy. Also he never makes a face, or grimaces or comments on the filthy state of my Jeep/ slash dirt infested truck (which is literally an embarrassment to me!)? ????5☆'s

I had the worst possible experience with this dealership. Steve and especially Tony do horrible work. I took my car in for what I was told would be a 4 day job at most. I called and called for weeks with no updates. After a month and a half, they called to tell me I owe a ton of money when I specifically asked them to confirm with me if there would be extra fixes. They then lied, gave me my car back in pieces, CUT HOSES instead of unclamping them, and removed the freon and did not give it back. They will rip you off, waste your time, and never communicate with you.

Since I got my car from this place I’ve been extremely disappointed! It’s been nothing but red flags all across the board, The service is terrible I’d rather take my car somewhere else to get it fixed. I advise people to look somewhere else to get a car smh don’t go to Jeff D’Ambrosio in Fraser, PA

Never buy anything from this dealership!Bought a brand new drz400sm the mechanic who assembled it didnt tighten the front brake caliper bolt and while driving it came out and the caliper dug into the wheel scratching the black paint off of it within one week of owning. Tyler the sales person told me it must have been something i did and as a favor put a new bolt in for me but refused to replace the wheel. The manager on duty was anything less than helpful he walked over lit a cigarette and basically blew smoke in my face and offered no more help than Tyler. I could've been seriously injured or killed if the caliper got locked into the wheel and all i asked for was them to fix their mistake but lessons learned never going back again!

Jeff D Alfa is the best dealership around! I had the most seamless purchase of my 2021 Giulia and have the best time speaking with the team every time I am in the shop. Edgar and Joel are extremely knowledgeable and helped me with every step of the way. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for an Italian car!
