Great car wash. Car always comes out clean. The service is great and very helpful. Prices are reasonable and includes the vacuums.

After my $18 car wash I still have tons of dirt. The tape used to tape down back wiper ripped the blade some when I pulled it off. The one thing this place has going for it is the vacuum is strong.

Mark and the rest of the team at Luv Car Wash in Malvern were absolute superstars, going above and beyond the call of duty with kindness, helpfulness and professionalism! They were truly the best and I wouldn't go elsewhere for a car wash after my wonderful experience here!

This place absolutely sucks... super tight maneuvering necessary... you pay extra for a drying method that flat out doesn't work... one whole side of the wash is broken and doesn't spin and oh and by the way expect to pay more than any other drive thru wash... never again.

it tour the driver side mirror out of my car and they refuse to pay it. do not use this car wash i believe it also damaged the paint. i give them less then 0.

Has gone downhill since changing name/ownership. Service not worth the price. Too expensive. No a la carte for tire shine. Car wash had a terrible smell. Car washing equipment often not working. Vaccuum hoses are short and nozzle design or wear continually sucks up carpet maps making it difficult to run the vaccuum.

I loved this place, but that was before it became LUV, how ironic... Used to pay $18 and got the tire shine and the towel roller dry at the end. But no more, need to spend $22 or something ridiculous. But that's not the worst part... I've been there now over half a dozen times since the rebranding and each and every time, there are parts of the car wash that simply do not work. The brushes that are supposed to be spinning and cleaning your car, are motionless. I've even asked the attendant before paying if everything (I'm paying for) is working and they always say YES. Then I proceed only to find, I've been ripped off once again. Just yesterday I asked the manager what's the deal and he told me they are having an electrical problem and the company will not let them close to fix the issues. That's a load of crap. It's not like the place is open 24/7. The machine that takes my money, never seems to have an issue though, hmmm. Fix your problems LUV! And if you are having issues on a certain day, reduce your prices to show your customers you give a damn. I will try one more time, but if I experience the same issues, I'm out! I will report back next week.

Drying brushes did not function as well as the under carriage wash. The attendant told me that to get those functions I had to pick a wash they had not set up yet. My wash cost $26. Will never use this car wash again. Change in management and name has proven to be a disaster.

So this seems to have changed hands and the main menu starts with subscription options and then you have to select just a wash. I selected the $17 wash that used to be $15 and that included the fabric roller drying at the end. Now I think that is $22 to get that option a 45% increase. And most annoying, the short vaccuum hoses that only reach half the car, so people have to vaccuum one half and then turn the car around to reach the other half. Absolutely ridiculous- how expensive is vaccuum hose. Maybe that Pepto Bismol color is in short supply. They do tape the rear view wipers is a plus.

Five stars. Best car wash in the great valley area, an area that was noticeably lacking in good car wash options.Changing review to 1 star. This place got repainted pink, renamed and raised their price up nearly double for the cheapest car wash.

This car wash needs to take notes from the car wash (Parks best) in Bromall (AMAZING). I think they should have additional people after you come out the wash to wipe your vehicle off because it isn't clean at all an leaves residue (soap) all over your vehicle an especially if you a black or dark colored vehicle. WON'T be going back there anymore.

Only giving it above 1 star because the employees are nice! Terrible washes though. This is my second time giving them a chance and both times, my car has come out with bird droppings that didn't come out, water marks, and some kind of oily streaks on my window! Additionally, the tire shine is an absolute rip off. Shined about 1/3 of each tire in blotches. I paid for the 2nd most expensive wash BTW.Will be avoiding this place going forward. Also seems like ever since their new ownership/rebrand, they've jacked the prices of all their individual washes in an attempt to push monthly subscriptions on you. How about you fix your wash quality first?
