This is the worst rental experience I’ve EVER had! Flew in to Philly, got a rental car and when they gave it to me the tire pressure low light was on, I just figured it was because of the weather. But no, a month later I’m on the side of the road with a flat?waited for roadside service for almost 3 hours! I’ll never rent from here again! Never had these problems with Enterprise!!

I prepaid for an SUV and needed a 12pm pickup to catch my flight on time.They called me the morning of to say they didn’t have any in stock until 4pm, which is when I needed to be at the airport by.No refund given because of their prepaid terms either so big ole f u to this place and Avis.

Had an awful experience and would never recommend Budget to anyone. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the sole woman that was working in the building by herself was great and super helpful.The fiasco started as soon as we brought the car home to load up for a 10 hour road trip. All the kids and everything was ready to go as soon as we brought the car home. First problem, the gps on the car didn't work at all, we couldn't even reset it. That to me that's extremely problematic when you're going on a road trip to somewhere you've never been.Second fiasco as we put away from the house the lift gate to the car opens and everything starts spilling out of the car. We then learned there is an issue with the lift gate and it won't shut. Big issues now because now it's not even drivable. I had to run behind the car to bring it back to the house so nothing else fell out.After dozens of attempts to try to reach roadside assistance I finally got someone to agree to pick up the car and was told I can go back to Budget to get another.The woman there was so helpful and even though our trip was delayed hours we ended up with a better car. Another thing is neither car was very clean and both could have used a good vacuuming plus one of them even still had grocery bags in it...I don't think the original headache was worth getting the better car in the end and the phone customer service is honestly awful and barely helpful. I could go into much more detail but I only have limited space.Never again Budget.

The gave us a truck that was leaking about a quart of oil a day. No window washer during winter with a windshield covered with snow and ice. We stopped at 2 other budget locations and no one can help. Called customer service about 3 time and still no help. They said call road side service which we did and they stated that isn't something they do. Thanks for the most horrible car rental ever. Would have probably had a better experience with rent a wreck.

It boggles my mind how a company can be so incompetent and unreliable. If you reserve a car here and pay for it just know you may show up and it will probably not exist. And they won’t apologize.

Worst rental place I have ever encountered.I went over the locations rental policy very carefully before making my reservation as I was waiting for my new credit card I knew I would need to use debit card most likely . When we got to the store no one was at the counter finally a very rude heavy set lady comes to the counter she acted as if were a bother for her to come to wait on us. She then proceeds to tell me they don’t take debit cards even though the policy on the website for the location states they can take debit cards with a credit check and age over 25 so this company falsely advertises the rental policy. I tried calling there worthless customer service which was a joke you talk to someone incoherent . Luckily I found another nearby rental company to accommodate me quickly needless to say I will never deal with this dump of a company ever again.!

First of all I’ll start by telling it was dirty. I had booked a car, got a reservation number called up customer care, they said car is ready. But upon going there I was disappointed because there was no car available.I wasted spending 20 dollars on Uber to reach there. I am really upset with budget. One they should have not taken a reservation. Second the customer care should have known about the availability.I am really really disappointed.

Horrible experience. I use them for corporate so I gave them credit card. They charged whenever they wanted and won't provide receipts. Returned car and three days later they charge over $3k on card. You call them and can't get ahold of anyone. Get transferred to corporate who has no clue what charges are and can't provide receipts either. Run fast do not use them!!!!!

I travel for a living and have never encountered a rental office that abandons their office midday. Came to pick up my car from business travel and no one was here. When I called the number on the door they said they couldn’t not come back for over an hour. I had to call enterprise to come pick me up for a new reservation for work. Will not be using budget or Avis here again.

One of the worst experiences with rental vehicles. I picked up from North Las Vegas which I will also give a 1 star and delivered it here. I was told in North Las Vegas that I could put the rental truck on my credit card and then change payment once I was dropping off so that Bridget didn't hold my liquid funds from my debit card. This was not the case. At first this gentleman at the Frazier store did not want to help and told me to call Las Vegas. I called Las Vegas and they told me to call corporate. I called customer service number and they told me I could only email. The gentleman I believe his name was Juan was helpful, he got his boss's boss involved and was able to reverse the charge. I was short a tenth of a tank and he made me go top it off. Horrible customer service and I will never use budget again.
