I made a reservation. Got a confirmation. Got 3 emails about my upcoming reservation. My flight lands, and I get a call 1 hour before my reservation pickup that they are not honoring the reservation and tell me they don’t have to!!! And not the least bit apologetic. They apparently had other cars but refused to provide an upgrade. Just rudely talked over me over the phone when I spoke.

Me and my family go to align chiropractic every other week and almost every time we show up they have there cars parked in handicap spots or in the spots X’d out so that vans or someone in a wheelchair or walker could use the ramp. We have a son that’s in a wheelchair and have had to jump the curb in multiple occasions just to get in and out of this shopping complex which is absolutely absurd!! We have made a complaint with what I assume to be a manager and was ignorantly blown off like she didn’t care one bit as to what I was saying to her.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Firstly we had a car pickup scheduled for 3 PM today but when we reached the place it was closed and the sign said be back shortly with a phone number.We waited for an hour for the person to come back and we called multiple times it went to voicemail. And when the employee opened the store she was so rude about it. She was rushing us and said I have to go home. FYI the store closes at 6PM.Hate this place ruined our day and schedule.Avis needs to take action.

My wife went there last week and had a horrible customer experience and she left a rating that I don't see here .....hmm I wonder why ? But anyway horrible employees that don't know about pay now discounts ?

Rented a car here about a week ago. Great customer service. The workers are polite and easy to talk to which makes the experience that much better. Cars are clean. You can tell this is managed and owned by a good owner. Recommend highly

Horrible customer service said he couldn't use my info that was already online did absolutely nothing to help me I ask about pay now discount he said he has know idea what I'm talking about like wow this was disturbing how he really didn't give a hoot ? I had a reservation and I'm a preferred member so unfortunately I have to go to hertz ,and I love Avis sad to go .

We were having a mechanical issue with rental car and stopped at this location for assistance. We interrupted someone’s nap and she couldn’t be bothered to help. Not cool.

THE SUPERVISOR THERE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME A DIRECT ANSWER TO MY QUESTION AND INSTEAD OF BEING COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL HE GOT ANGRY AND RUDE AND HUNG UP. I TALKED WITH HIM WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT AND HE GAVE ME NONE BACK. HE HAD NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME WITH MY SITUATION. The only reason why I'm putting a star on here is because Google won't give me the option to put zero stars.

Very rude manager and employees. Completely disregards any concerns the customer has. Refuses to assist in issues with extra charges. Telling you to call the 800# they can’t help you. They did not have the rental we reserved and the car was in terrible condition BEWARE****if you are paying in advance for an EZPass and it is not in the vehicle you do not have an actual EZPass. Make sure your travels will not require you to have one or you will have to pay for your tolls. This is a huge inconvenience and it will be difficult to get your money back. With NO help from the manager “Nicole”. We will never use Avis ever again!

When I arrived the door was locked. The associate returned and completed my paperwork. We never looked or walked around at the car and there were no return instructions. When I walked up to the car i noticed many dents and when I got in the car there were no car mats. When I came to return the car the location was closed and there was no key drop. I called the customer service number and the representative barely spoke English. I told him my situation that I had no where to leave the key and asked if I should lock it in the car. He kept telling me to call roadside assistance and I told him that did not make sense and that I needed to catch a plane. I locked the keys in the car. I then called the Frazer Avis the next morning and explained what happened. The woman assured me she would call me back before billing anything. She did not. I received a $300 bill for this. How they are still in business is beyond me. Advice ...go to Enterprise in Berwyn. where the service is great!!! Will never use Avis again!
