Excellent service experience! Steve is hands on and was great! Bonus points on having several options if you're waiting. The lounge upstairs is well-equipped and has lightning fast wifi!

Had a blowout caused by a pothole. I had my fiat towed to Jeff D’Ambrosio’s. The service department stayed late to get me new tires. While mounting the tires they noticed that the rocker panels were loose on both sides (I hadn’t gotten around to fixing them) and they fixed them for me!Excellent service as always!

Service manager Steve was awesome, quick and great service, brought me into the bay to see what was wrong. I’ve brought my Abarth here for years. This time was with a different car but they went above and beyond for a brand they don’t carry. 10/10

this is not my first time here at Jeff D'Ambrosio with my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Be aware what they are charging yo. Today I specifically asked for a tire rotation and it was report in the invoice but they didn't perform it. I did pit signs on tires before the drop off and they were exactly the same place. I cannot say about the oil change and other stuff that they charge you but this one was not done. They give me a discount for that job without even ask more details... Another problem is their price for labor work which is too way expensive ($250/h)$526 for about 2hrs. Just crazy. I don't really know why I'm still going there... always try to give them another chance but ever time didn't work unfortunately. Really hard to find an honest dealer. Also they are working inside your car without gloves and very dirt and greased hands... on my Giulia! w t f
