The manager acted very upset after he told me 100 and some dollars for an oil change and I presented a $39.90 coupon he was not very happy about it. You could tell wanted to charge me 100 and some dollars for an oil change and I said well, I have a coupon for $39.99 from that moment on he was very rude to me did not treat me very well, so I’m not sure why but the guy that did my oil oil change was as nice as could be.

I have been using Monro in Franklin for a couple of years now and they always do a great job. They treat me with respect and do great work on my vehicle. I have no questions if something happens to my car, who I should take it to.I call mono and they always get me right in and help me figure out the problem. I'm also a veteran and you get veterans discounts at Monro. Keep up the great work guys!!!
