It doesn't have air conditioning! So it's like doing yard work instead of housework, because of the excess heat in the summer.

Dirty and without an ATM. Certain dryers are known to not work by the regulars. People are bad about leaving their laundry here, taking up the few large loaders they do have. It's cheaper than the Seneca laundry, but make sure you bring cash and have lots of time in your day to wait.

Very nice place ,very well maintained very clean inside . The outside needs some cleaning up due to the ones whom smoke just throw their butts on the parking lot next to the building . Pretty sad the so called A$$holes dont have respect for others property .

Nice machines! Bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly! Pee around the toilet. Place is pretty clean. Once in awhile I need heavy duty machines and this place fits the bill!

Very nice and clean. Washers and dryers work darn good. Have had no problems there except the owners child come in there throwing stuff and when they were asked to stop the cussed ever adult in there. My aunt contacted the owner an they took care of it.
