Employee/manager idk who was working 6 PM on 2/17/23 but he was not very pleasant when ask where something was in the store… Where do they find these people. If you don’t like your job, get out! There are plenty of jobs out there. Just saying!….

The store at 1407 Pittsburgh Rd Franklin Pa. Or any store in the Franklin area .Don’t Work here !!! The district manager talks rudely about the people that are working she feels that just because she is in another isle alone that no one can hear her but you can even if you are a few isles away. I heard her put a employee on work suspension because her mom told them she was sick ( I know the person they suspended ) she was given no previous warning, verbal or written. And then this area manager didn’t even tell the employee that she was suspended. This area manager needs to be demoted clearly she doesn’t know respect or manage staff .

This store is by far one of the cleanest and most well kept dollar generals that I've been to. The staff is always pleasant too!

Yesterday.....poor customer service from 1 girl she was a dirty blonde NASTY person....i would've fired her on the spot if I was her boss! Very rude person!
