Ty to the bank manager (Josh I think) and the lovely bank lady at desk 1, I'm sorry it's been a horrible day and I'm not remembering names well, but they helped my mom today feel a little better and in turned helped me, Ty both so much and to the lovely lady a special thanks for the laughs and understanding!

Employee by the name of Terri Ann is extremely rude to my customers trying to cash their checks. Every single time she makes an extreme effort to find any little thing so she won’t cash it. I stood in line to witness this and my goodness. I wonder if race has anything to do because she was very nice to the white customers. My guys cash their checks using their passport.

This bank is HORRIBLE!!! I went in there the other day to deposit $20 in my son's account and they would NOT accept the money!!! All these questions...who's acct is it? What kind of account is it...business or regular? Are you on the account? After the 30,000 questions, they told me that I could not put money....money that is AMERICAN in an AMERICAN BANK IN AMERICA....NO!!! I either have to walk over to Weis and get a money order with that same AMERICAN bill and walk back over after giving that BILL to Weis, back over to the bank to deposit money in a bank!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? What is this world coming to? If I was doing fraud or money laundering....would I BRING THE MONEY INTO A BANK???? How stupid are you??? BUT we'll allow ILLEGAL immigrants to cross our AMERICAN border....ILLEGALLY....ILLEGALLY BRINGING DRUGS, DISEASES, SEX TRAFFICKING...RAPING WOMEN AND CHILDREN!!! But THAT is OK!!! I am an AMERICAN CITIZEN and I HAVE NO RIGHTS!!!! I can't even put a lousy $20 bill into my son's account! Biden is allowing all these criminals into the country along with many other countries using Mexico as a port of entry....and the bank is worried about a $20 bill? You're all pretty f'd up if you ask me!!! I wish I could give this @$$hole of a bank negative 30,000 stars! That would be too good for them! Sooooo mad!!! Soooo frustrated!!! Sorry to say...this is only gonna get worse in biden's dark matrix!!! How long are we going to put up with this? We are AMERICANS and we are FREE!!! Soldiers have died and lost limbs and lives to protect our FREEDOM and we are just falling in line like good little puppets and allowing our freedoms to be taken away! PEOPLE....WAKE UP!!!!

Be very careful of this bank. They are not keeping you safe from covid. Walking up to me within 6 inches and wearing a child's size mask, not over the nose, isn't following the guidelines. Cancel culture is strong in this branch. William is specifically mentioned due to his inflated idea that HE PERSONALLY could refuse to give me money out of my savings account. Yep this William told me straight up HE WOULD NOT give me my balance of money out of my personal and private savings. Why? Because I didn't want to sit in the correct chair. I was also ASSAULTED by a continuous questioning of MY FEELINGS. HOW DID I FEEL, why do I feel, etc. It was a most uncomfortable situation and I'm now fearing retribution from this William who claims to "know where I live". So if something happens to me, this is where I've explained it. Wells Fargo been my bank since they came to Columbus GA years ago. Beware of Wells Fargo in any form. Not good!

I can’t wear a mask for health needs, and while working in the Pottsville branch over the spring, two of the women Kathy and Terri refused to do any transaction with me even though I carry medical proof. They were not wearing medically approved masks either. Not very nice service

Banking here 16 yrs
