“these people are very rude. I would recommend going anywhere else. I went there for a goldfish and goldfish bowl they refused and said I had to buy a $200 to $400 tank for a goldfish. since my daughter really wanted a fish I ended up getting her a beta with a bowl and food it came to about $70. I could buy a goldfish to feed my pet but not to enjoy it's life and teach my daughter responsibility. I have never been treated like this by any store and the attempt to get me to spend hundreds more for a goldfish is ridiculous. I may be wrong but I will never do business with these people again. edit I have no idea how they have a 5 star review score I was not able to even say how many stars I'd give them. just that I was not satisfied with shopping there.”

“I can NOT figure out the negative reviews! We had a hole in our house when one of our dogs died of a medical issue and a single dog who was as sad as we were.I'd asked via email about a dog on the website- he'd been adopted but the reply email included information about another dog " Sounds like a match " and wow was she! That was two years ago, I can't believe I neglected a review of Hillside, the caring staff and their genuine happiness to see a dog go to a forever home. SO impressed and I don't think we'd adopt anywhere else. Thinking about number 3!Here's Joey ( we changed her name ), GSD/Akita who somehow made it here from Arizona! She and her brother own the house....as it should be.”
