Fast and friendly service. John and his crew installed a lift kit on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. They also took care of ordering the new tires that they also mounted and balanced. Finally, they also completed an alignment, inspection, and oil change. We dropped the Jeep off on a Monday and it was done by Wednesday. Quality work. The Jeep looks awesome and rides like a dream. Thank you!!

I have a handicapped van that needed work done on the door. The door with the ramp wasn’t working. Normally I would have to take it over an hour away with at least $140/he just to look at it. John and Bryan were able to fix our van!!! They explained everything to me so I understood. My husband was in the hospital so taking it local was so amazing!! And to top it off they saved me a ton of money and found a few other things that needed to be fixed! These guys are fabulous!!!

Fabulous service! Came to where my camping trailer was incapacitated with a broken spring, replaced it, and got me back on the road in a couple of hours! Im so thankful! Friendly folks as well!

Awesome business with people who care about you and take pride in their work! Recently had new wheels installed on my truck and couldn't be happier, John helped me find the perfect fit for my truck while Nicole kept me informed of my shipment and the mechanics knocked it out of the park on the install. WORST MECHANICS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!MY 2014 FORD F150 WENT THERE FOR A BRAKE FLUID LEAK AND THEY BLEW UP MY ENGINE BY BREAKING A ROD AND SENDING IT THRU THE ENGINE BLOCK. I'M FROM NEW JERSEY AND WAS AWAY CAMPING FOR THE WEEKEND. ON SUNDAY MORNING WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE I HAD NO BRAKE PEDAL OR BRAKE FLUID IN THE RESERVOIR. I ADDED FLUID AND TRIED TO FIND LEAK, COULD NOT FIND A VISUAL LEAK (BEING A FARMER AND MECHANICALLY INCLINED) I HAD DETERMINED THAT IT WAS GOING INTO THE BRAKE BOOSTER. I HAD MY VEHICLE TOWED TO BLACK ROCK TRUCK AND EQUIPMENT (RECOMMENDED BY TOWING COMPANY WHICH SHARES THE BUILDING WITH THEM). ON MONDAY THEIR MECHANIC CALLS ME TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE WITH MY TRUCK. I EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I COULD NOT FIND A VISUAL LEAK AND HE RESPONDED THAT THEY HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. I SAID I HAD DETERMINED THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY GOING INTO THE BRAKE BOOSTER. HE TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO PULL A SENSOR AND STICK A CAMERA IN THE BOOSTER TO SEE. I SAID TO HIM SINCE IT WAS GOING INTO THE BOOSTER THE AMOUNT OF FLUID USED LOOKING FOR A VISUAL LEAK THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY BEING SUCKED INTO THE ENGINE THRU THE VACUUM LINES ON THE BRAKE BOOSTER. HE TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE THE TRUCK WAS RUNNING GOOD AND THAT IF THERE WAS AN ISSUE IT WOULD HAVE THROWN A CODE. NOT TRUE!!! I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAKE BOOSTER. I GAVE THEM THE OKAY TO DO THAT( I GUESS BEING 3 HOURS AWAY THEY COULD CHARGE WHAT THEY WANTED TO BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE QUOTE FOR THAT REPLACEMENT). ON WEDNESDAY THE OWNER JOHN CALLS ME AND TELLS ME HE HAS GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEW. (WHEN SOMEONE SAYS THAT THERE IS NEVER ANY GOOD NEWS) HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT THEY REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAKE BOOSTER, STARTED THE TRUCK TO BACK IT OUT, DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE DOOR AND THE TRUCK SHUT DOWN. THEY FIGURED IT GOT HYDRO LOCKED FROM THE BRAKE FLUID SO THEY PULLED (SUPPOSEDLY ALL THE SPARK PLUGS) AND WHEN THEY TURNED THE ENGINE OVER TO START IT, IT CRANKED ONE CYLINDER OVER AND THEN BROKE A ROD SENDING IT THRU MY ENGINE BLOCK. THEY BLEW UP MY ENGINE AND DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. I TOLD THEM THE BRAKE FLUID HAD TO BE SUCKED INTO THE ENGINE THRU THE VACUUM LINES ON THE BRAKE BOOSTER AND THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ALL PRECAUTION AND REMOVED ALL SPARK PLUGS BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED THE TRUCK TO BACK IT OUT. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MAJOR REPAIR WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES. I AM RESEARCHING LEGAL ACTION TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR BLOWING UP MY ENGINE.

Absolutely 5 Stars. The staff was very friendly. The auto technicians lead by Mr. Seasock were attentive, reasonable priced and fast service. If you have auto issues, I encourage you to take your vehicle to Black Rock. This hidden gem outside of Frackvile on Firemans road is definitely worth taking your vehicle to. This review is long overdue. Initially I had an Air Lift Suspension Kit installed a while back. Well the compressor failed prematurely and BRT replaced the unit under warranty and had one in stock, so no waiting. Recently I had tires, inspection, brakes rotors, and fuel filters installed. Work was timely and top notch!! John & Nikki were great to deal with handled any issues I had in short order.

Shout out to the honest, skilled and kind folks at Black Rock Trucks and Equipment! While traveling, we broke down on Interstate 81, and we were towed to Black Rock. John and Nikki and Bryan were AWESOME!! They were able to quickly assess the problem with our 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix on the spot and ordered the parts in short order. They were able to get us up and running in no time!! They did the work efficiently and at a very fair price. Although no one wants to be stranded in unfamiliar territory, we were so lucky to have landed at their shop. They are truly the nicest people you’d ever want to meet, and they treated us like family. We’re back on the road and not even aggravated at our mechanical mishap because we were treated so kindly! Thank you for taking such good care of us!Service: Engine repair

While traveling from Ontario to Florida, we enountered an exhaust issue on our Class C motorhome. After many calls we managed to reach John and he was able to look at the problem right away and resolve it. We can't say enough about the fantasticc customer service that was provided on such short notice. We were on our way in less than 3 hours.
