Great place to buy reasonable priced trees, bushes, grasses, etc....Bill and his wife (the owners) and their guys who help out are exceptional. They go out of their way to help you with any and all information you could possibly want to know about what they have and how to keep it growing. We don't go anywhere else. He is a wholesaler but also retail. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

This nursery has everything and the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the trees, shrubs and plants that they sell. I am a repeat customer and purchase all of required plants and trees from them.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had neighbors remove trees so wanted some large mature trees to replace them. Largest selection in the area and owners helped us make right decision.

Several years ago I had multiple cypress trees installed on my property. It was a great experience! Fast forward to today one of the trees has died. I went on the website and contacted them via email as indicated on the website. I had a couple back-and-forth conversations with Bill and I requested them to come out and replace the dead tree. He never replied. I'm fully willing to pay for this however I just need somebody to do the work. I then called and Bill answered the phone. He said he's very busy but to text him my address and one of his sons would come out and take a look to see why my tree died and to replace. That was two weeks ago and still no response. I'm taking my services elsewhere and will never use them again due to the poor customer service.

Last year we purchased 4 trees (with delivery & planting) and multiple shrubs. Everything survived the winter and is putting out fresh growth. We couldn't be happier. Just selected six more trees which Bill's team will plant later this month.

My boyfriend and I were looking for flowering trees for our back yard. We looked at many tree nurseries all over Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Ended up visiting this nursery yesterday. They had a great selection of exactly what we wanted and we ended up ordering them to be delivered and planted. We ended up buying a few other trees/shrubs because their prices are the best..about half of any other place we looked into. We had a few questions before making all of our selections and the woman, that I guess is an owner, could not have been more friendly and willing to help and answer all of our questions. She even seeked me out after she saw me waiting while she was chatting with another customer and I had walked away..figuring I would just look for her later again. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us decide on another item for a place on our property by giving us all of the options for the location given it can hold some water after heavy rains and we get high winds living on a ridge. Her husband was also very helpful and friendly. As I was leaving I told them I will never buy plants or trees from anywhere else ever and will recommend everyone I know to them. It's so refreshing to be treated well when spending money as you don't find that too often anymore unfortunately. We are so happy we stopped in here and highly recommend this place for their variety, quality, and customer service.

I was grateful to come across their video on YouTube. I was desperately searching for help with some arborvitae's that I bought less than a month ago. Two out of five we're not doing well and we're drying out. Three are in the same row, same amount of shade and sunlight and on the same side of my balcony. 2 out of 6 are in a bad state. The person that answered the phone was quite curt, brusque and not warm or friendly to me at all. I explained to him that I had come across his video on YouTube. I asked him if it was possible to get some advice, help or whatever on how to save my arborvitae's, if that was even possible. I told him that they were not orange or brown, but we're definitely dried out. He didn't respond to me warmly throughout the whole of this all too brief conversation. I felt like I was being burdensome and a total bother to him. He echoed repeatedly in an agitated tone that he doesn't know how to help me out without a photo, but he didn't ask me to send a photo to their business email or to look at anything either, ever. He told me flatly that my trees are stressed out and need more water and that's it. I told him a couple times that I had been religiously watering them morning and night for over a week and the soil has been kept moist. He said again, lastly and quite coldly that he can't help me out, that the trees are dried out and left it at that. I was really hoping to get some help as I have tried aeration of the soil, mixing soils with it, added fertilizer, but he didn't want to hear any of it. He cut me off and said nothing more until I said okay and then he hung up. I don't know if he was an owner or a worker but he was beyond cold, rude and had no notion of what it takes to build good customer relationships, he did nothing to make me want to have any further business with him or his farm. I was to the point of replacing these two arborvitaes which I had plunked down $200/each from the EG here locally. I was willing to do what I could to get two healthy trees to replace them for my much needed oasis during this pandemic. This less than friendly character left a really bad taste in my mouth and short of hanging up on me left me in a foul mood on this beautiful Saturday morning. Then the same person butt dialed me less than 40 minutes later. Perhaps it's his personal cellphone. He tried calling me 5 minutes later again. He has issues mistakenly dialing the last caller. He called me again for the 3rd time 2 minutes later. Is it possible to butt dial so many times in a row like that? I think it would be wise to remove the video from YouTube. It doesn't actually sound like they want to help anybody out, unless they're willing to just buy a tree from the onset. I find it a little off that this Farm puts out so many helpful videos to try to reach out to new customers and be a helping hand, however my phone conversation today seemed anything but helpful and they didn't seem amenable to helping save my arborvitaes at all. Back to searching for some local help here in the great state of Michigan. Hopefully I'll have better luck finding someone that is more amenable, amiable and friendly.
