The most efficient body shop I’ve ever been to! From the estimate to the repair, the process was seamless and quick. The office dogs were an added bonus! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reputable local body shop.

Mark and the the staff at Carstar are first rate. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and it looks brand new. I would recommend Carstar to anyone in need of auto body repair.

I was involved in a car accident where a car swooped underneath my vehicle and I had addressed this with them they said no problem we will fix it, however they only did cosmetics and I was extremely upset they handed this back to me because the paint job was utterly terrible it had runs they had actual scratches on it still and it was a sloppy job which ran a total of $1,200 for reusing the same bumper. Now I had called and said the car was running poorly because he hit my exhaust, which the whole thing had shifted forward, so he takes a look said the whole this thing was bad and he said he has to order parts, which is fine but how do you let something like that slip your mind whatever accidents happen let’s hope for a better job! Unfortunately I wish I can say they fixed their mistake but they did not they ended up using the exact same exhaust and I took it to a new place with someone and they said this is unacceptable and they should be ashamed they handed something like this back, there were leaks all over the pipes they welded it back since it got bent. Now this being said why call me and say you’re waiting for the “parts” to come when you just used the exact same exhaust. The only reason I’m complaining is I gave a chance to let you fix your tremendous mistake, but you charged me $1,200 only for cosmetics that look utterly disgusting and you used the exact same parts.

Two gorgeous works of art by Lutzi's. Admittedly, I forgot to leave a review in 2021 when we had the Baja in after hitting a deer. Our insurance tried to total it, but Mark worked with us and our insurance to save it and truly delivered. When our Tiburon was rear-ended early this year, we headed right back to Carstar and this thing came back to us looking even better than before. I will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in need of body work. They really listen to you and will work with you and your insurance, even if your car is "not so new". We live about an hour away from the shop, but will never take our cars anywhere else after working with Carstar. They truly do a great job and care about their customers. Thanks again, Mark and crew! You guys have exceeded our expectations twice now and we're so grateful!
