“Exceptional service. I took my car to several auto body shops for an estimate and Caliber looked more closely at the damage and provided a more detailed estimate than the others. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and able to answer my questions. The work was done quickly (the car was returned well before the estimated finish date) and I cannot notice that the car has been repaired. It looks brand new. The Caliber team kept me updated with almost daily texts. I will use in the future (though hopefully I won't have to) and will highly recommend.”
“I had been looking for a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or Eclipse Cross for a while. My previous Outlander Sport lasted 13 years, so I wanted to stay with Mitsubishi. I checked Kelly Mitsubishi's website, and I found 2 Eclipse Crosses. Jessica DellaPietra assisted me for many hours, until the dealer found a price that was acceptable. Even after I had agreed on the Eclipse Cross, they still priced an Outlander Sport to show me the difference. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jessica was very compassionate about my concerns on the cost. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later, Jessica was very thorough in explaining all the differences between my previous car and the new one. I highly recommend this dealership, as they offer many other brands. Ask for Jessica. You'll be happy you did!”

“They can Make any air conditioning line for any vehicle! Took my lines for a 1986 mack over and he made the lines right up!
Also took my 1994 mustang to get checked out and got everything nice and cold with that AC system.

“I’m really not sure where to start with all the positive things going on here at Jandy Blvd. First walking in you are greeted by Jeanette who is an awesome person to deal with. Every time I’ve been in the shop it is spotless, well organized and the lobby well decorated. Angie did a walk around of my car that needed work done and was very thorough and is very good at what she does. They both are very informative and kept me in the loop with the process of how my car was coming along and everybody else I met they have great attitudes which made this whole process so much easier. They took a stressful situation for me and made it a walk in the park with their quality of work. Great job guys! Will definitely be back for future auto body work.”

I was in a hurry bring 5 doz. cup cakes onto Allentown from Cherryville it was raining.
I noticed my drivers side wiper was torn
I called Whitehall AutoZone spoke to a salesmen asked if he had wiper replacement for my car he check told me in stock.
I asked if he could change the old for new ones he said sure
I was there in 5 min he replaced both wipers in under a min. Now that is old fashion service. The wipers are great!!

“I purchased the VW Atlas R line in this location at Aug.'24, and I would say the experience with sales person Seo Jung was far the best one. I got contacted him an hour before I arrived at the dealership when I saw my preference design in inventory. The same car was ready for look-up and test drive, and he was ready with all functional presentations with its car features.
Getting into its final price process was reasonable and will say not too much. Wait , to reach. I did have some of the numbers I had in my mind learned from other dealers, so I will say that may help..
The most impressive feeling was the car readiness after the signing process, as the car was equipped with all accessories, temp. plate, clean, installed front plate cover, and pulled in front for us to ride and go. It was a rainy and busy day, but he did make it happen for us to save our time and hassle. He also promised that a real plate would be shipped to my home, avoiding my visit back.
I love the car, drive great, and have no issues. Honestly, I can't be a fan for VW dealership to include + $1k none necessary accessories in their MSRP and multiple attempts to offer extended warranties and digest our time by warning for not having them.. but if you can bear that as most of the other manufacturers seem to work same, I would say this dealership and salesman Seo Jung will be the best choice to get yours.

“I had a drop in liner removed and the ultimate liner installed. They went above and beyond by working out some dents on the wheel humps before putting down the liner and it looks almost perfect. Liner seems sturdy as heck and not a mark from my first use with a load of file cabinets, desks and other furniture. Great job and really nice owner who gave me a little tour of the operation and advice on bed covers while we were picking up. Very good price compared to other professional spray in liner options and I am confident the product is very comparable and these guys prepped it right for long lasting protection.”
