“Scheduling an appointment is super easy. They have a huge selection of dresses for not only the bride, but for bridesmaids too. The staff is extremely friendly not just to me, but to everyone I brought with. They are kid friendly, and accommodating. The alterations department is filled with kind people, and they make sure you leave feeling like your dress is perfect. Would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find the right dress!”

“My go to store in the Wilkes-Barre area for shoe shopping. Encore is located in the Wyoming Valley Mall; next to JCPenney (regular Shoe Dept. is located in the Arena Hub Plaza.) Large store with an excellent selection that tends to stock the odder sizes that other stores and regular Shoe Department's don't. Almost every time I shop here, they have the 1/2 size wide I need. Selection in-store includes work boots, dress shoes, and everyday sneakers, with a separate clearance section off to the side. Overall excellent store worth a stop, and unless you need something very specific, the best of Wilkes-Barre.”
