Absolute lifesavers! I had 200 miles left to go on my trip when I realized one of my tires had been punctured by a nail, late on a Saturday afternoon. I pulled up to a big brand tire chain and called another but neither was able to offer assistance with only half an hour before closing time. I found these guys via a Google search and called them up. With half an hour left to closing time they told me they'd be happy to assist so long as I could get there before they closed. Sure enough, I managed to get there in time and was greeted warmly like we'd been friends for years. They fixed the puncture hole in my tire and even though they could have taken advantage of my circumstances to charge me extra, they only asked for $10. This review is the least I can do to repay them for their assistance and service.

I went in to have my snow tires removed from my rims and have my summer tires put on. I was never asked if I wanted them balanced which should be common sense who doesn't want them balanced but something made me wonder if he did so I asked once he was done, "Did you balance my tires?" and he told me YES. After driving home I had a bad rumble in my steering wheel it turns out he never balanced them. I called the next day and spoke to a different guy and he told me to come in. After having them balanced he charged me full price. I said you boss wont give me a discount for being lied to and my trouble for coming back in and being inconvenienced and I got the run around avoid these crooks and lairs.

I called the guy very late around closing time and he still helped me just to remove the tires because my rims were bent reasonable price very friendly 100%. Good I recommend

Was way overdue for new brakes, new brake fluid, and needed a leaky axel replaced. I live right in the neighborhood, so I reached out for a quote. They were very quick to respond with a very reasonable price. The owner Jesús really went above and beyond for me and seems to be a kind and honest man. Will definitely return. I recently needed to get brakes and rotors replaced only Subaru On my way to the shop I hit a super deep pothole which unfortunately cracked my axle Fortunately I was able to make it to the shop and explained to Jesus what just happened !From the first conversation I had with him he was very professional in telling me and also showing me what he needed to do Throughout this process he kept me informed as to how the repair was going! Once finished I couldn't have asked for a better repair at a reasonable price!! would highly recommend Prime Fort Tire and Service for your auto repairs as I will be a future customer when my car needs service!
