I special ordered windows from what I believed to be Harvies. They were to pull my old order and duplicate it , it was to be Harvey Bronze extruded, interior and exterior, vinyl windows, with pet safe screening. What they didn’t tell me was they were no long Harvey industry, and couldn’t look up my previous order, and no longer do Harvey Bronze Extruded Vinyl Windows. No phone call what’s so ever. They delivered windows that were spray painted bronze on the exterior and white windows on the interior. I was told that it is a special order, and because is was signed the will be no refund. If they could not pull the old order, they should have call
