Ordered a pair of size 2 hip hop sneakers. When they arrived they were more like a child’s 11. Then I had to pay to ship back! Really bad business practice when you are selling incorrect sizes!

I agree with the other reviewers. Don't buy from this site unless you're sure of the sizing. I ordered a leotard that is 1 size bigger than we normally need and it was so small my daughter couldn't even pull it up to her shoulders! I mean it was the size of a 3 year old leotard and my daughter is 10!!! They wouldn't take it back. Super annoyed. Won't buy from them again. Their emails are going to my spam folder from now on.

Twice in the last 3 months I have placed an order with this vendor and have yet to actually receive anything. The first item was mysteriously listed as returned on the same day that the tracking label claimed it was shipped to my house. Took me 3 or 4 weeks to figure out what happened to those shoes. Ordered again (really wanted the shoes as they are hard to get size) and picked a color strictly based on the notation that it was "In Stock". Waited 10 days and had no shoes, online order listed as "processing" since the day I ordered it. When customer service finally replied it was to say the items was out of stock and not being re ordered. Clearly this company does not have an accurate tracking system, and an unreliable customer service method.

Terrible policy of return instead of exchange. The size chart is completely inaccurate, therefore dance shoes do not fit and the fact that we have to jump through hoops to send them back and reorder, which results in paying shipping three times is ridiculous. Buyer beware!

This site advertises 40 years of selling top name brand dancewear, but the first time I ordered what was supposed to be a Natalie Couture product it arrived with a tag that said, "plume". Know also that they recently stopped doing exchanges. Now you must pay to return one item and place an entirely new order for what could be a simple size exchange. The return process is not easy either. Prices are nothing to brag about on top of everything else.

The customer service is terrible. They are more worried about their rules and regulations than getting the customer what they need. In today's world of on-line shopping, customers have a choice and it should never be Discount Dance Supply. We live 20 minutes from the warehouse and they would not allow us to pick up the order and it took 3 days for us to receive the order.

I just received shoes for the first time from these guys and they were way to small. Called and was told I have to use a chart because the shoes don't match USA sizes. Problem was I talked with a person from their company who told me the size to order from their site. Now I have to pay to ship them back and also have to have pay for the wrong size to be shipped to me which amounts to $20 for their mistake. BUYERS BE WARE when ordering from this company. I will never order anything from them again!!

Store in dickson city had fire damage, no place to purchase cash in hand. Online from forty fort to swoyersville one day shipping is 14.00, body suit is 14.00 crazy to pay double for an item when wearhouse is 1 mile from my house...need a store

The customer service at Discount Dance is fantastic. Returns and exchanges and easily processed, and each time I call, I'm automatically connected to a person- there is not even ONE annoying pre-recorded message! I really appreciate this in a business!

Prices seem fair, and the shipping time was acceptable, but problems with the website and ordering the correct colored tights. We were trying to order one color and the website keep changing the color.Talked with customer service, there were nice, but said I was out of luck. Will probably just order from somewhere else
