The absolute WORST company to order from. Overnighted a pair of dance shorts, paid extra for it, waited 3 days before calling to ask where my order was as I needed them asap. Ups lost my order, not their fault, they sent me a new pair, told me they just sent it out with Fedex, two days go by after overnighting them again, caled Fedex asking about my tracking number and they still never recieved the product. Never ordering from here again

1 star is too many-Ordered on August 21, 2017. I wasn't able to get a tracking number. So a week later I called the company for a status on my order. I was told they had no idea. I mean literally no idea. "Do you see my order"? Yes, so has it shipped! I don't know. So I asked to cancel the order, forget it. Nope, they couldn't do that either because the order had been processed. So it's been processed, but you don't know the status? Yes. Ok. So a month later, a month later I finally get the shoes. But it was too late, I needed them for a performance two weeks prior. What a mess, so now I have to pay shipping to return them. I will never order from them again.

I would give them a zero if I could. We ordered 3 leotards, and I responded immediately about returning one of them the day we got it. It didn't fit but we didn't get a return form or anything in the box. I have now emailed them 4 or 5 times, no response, so I went online and sent a request that way, have sent 3, no response. I've called in 4 times, waited more than 25 min each time and gave up. I will never order again. I've wasted more of my time than the leotard is even worth. Shame.
