I don't know about the place, but the female staff, at least the lawyer/minister in the office is personable, seems completely caring, and, as the face of the business, at least for me, is pleasant and endearing.

My mother, a senior lives in a PHA Senior Bldg. Her Cable has been messed up for about 3 weeks now, we've been calling for 2. They don't come out when they say they are. They are rude, I wonder if that is because you have no choice in provider st PHA.
