Kudos to Jason Smolin in the Service Department! I keep coming back to this Volvo Service Center just because of his superpowers: nice, professional, and cuts to the chase faster than a speeding Volvo. Good people, good service.

Service staff should be better trained/skilled at explaining needed maintenance and options. They only want to go by the book and recommend full replacement of major systems, rather than a focused repair.

I have been going to Volvo Cars of Fort Washington for the past 6 years, ever since buying my S60 from them in 2017. Every experience I have had with them since, has always been a positive one. Even when unexpected maintenances pop up, it’s always meet with transparency and professionalism. Most recently, I called last minute and Marissa was still able to schedule me the next day at a convenient time for me. From there, Joe, the service advisor, provided updates about the service, effectively communicating recommended services, and the team was even able to complete the unexpected maintenances that day. This type of service is definitely the norm, and one the many reasons they’ll continue to have my business.

2/3 times the service department has been incredibly rude. Got stuck with Mike twice and I don't understand how he's allowed to work with customers. Worked with Joe once - good guy.

Everyone that i have come in contact with that works here has been nothing but amazing. From phone to service to the atmosphere. Let me tell you how the guys in service make me feel so much better as a woman and dont make me feel like they are trying to get over on me. I am so happy and pleased from buying my suv here to all the perks and services that come with it. This place is top tier for me!!!!!

We came here to ask a few questions and left with a new lease. Thanks to Chris Hedgeman and his manager Mark Anderson. I decided to leave this review because we had a very good experience with this dealer. Chris really tried to make us happy. After we received the car it was so easy to contact him for questions about the car. He is very responsive on the phone and email. It's nice to work with such sincere people.I would be happy to work with him on my new lease. The BEST car dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you guys!Sincerely,Val

they wanted to charge me $750 to replace a key fob for my xc60. i called other volvo dealers and am getting one including reprogramming for $450 at keystone doylestown. you can infer what you want about their costs for parts but …..i called Eric the manager to discuss but had to leave a message. i haven’t received a return call yet.The root of this problem is the key fob battery died at 35,000 miles and it’s extremely extremely difficult to replace the battery yourself. the tabs that hold the battery snapped off after a half hour of trying to replace the battery myself. who feels like having to go to the dealership to replace a battery. volvo basically makes you learn the hard way how difficult their key fobs are.i spoke to the service people at ft washington volvo and they said it happens all the time - at which point they are happy to charge you $750. or $450 at Keystone Doylestown.

I had to edited my review:This year 2023 I was at this place more then 3 times because they could not fix my car!And my car still having the noise I mentioned on my first visit.It’s a long story but don’t want to vent here it’s only a review.I did not have a great experience this year.The manager was very nice at the beginning, but towards the end he talked to me in a fastidious way. He said to me “ I don’t know what else to do, every time I do something there is always an issue”I felt very disrespected not valued.I went there for the professionals to fix my car problem and my problem was not fix.Why did he talked to me that way.I wouldn’t want anyone to be talked that way. We are all human and we make mistakes.Now the issue is that my car problem was not fix. Now I am searching for another Volvo place.Hope who ever come to this place get your car fix and have a great experience. Which again this year I did not experience.Old review:This is my second visit for service. I highly recommend them.I have not experienced the sales department. I am only talking about my experience for the service department.The people working in service are busy but talk to you with respect. The mechanics do a great job keeping up on schedule and the work is great. Also they clean my car after they are done inside and outside.(I have been at the Volvo in Norristown and they took 3 hours to change a back up started battery. 3 hours! And don’t care about cleaning the car afterwards.)This is my place to be at service Volvo cars of Fort Washington!

Every time I get my car serviced here, it comes back dirtier than when I left it. If VW, Honda, and Hyundai can wash/vacuum a car, why can’t Volvo of Ft. Washington? If this is part of cost-cutting, it makes a really bad impression.Their service people and dealership people are nice, though.

This dealership refused to accept my leased vehicle due to no room on their lot, however they said they only accepted vehicles that were purchased there. They are the absolute worst dealership!!!!! Go to keystone Volvo instead

We went to more than 10 brand dealers within a month. And finally, We made our decision to get a Volvo XC40! We met Greg occasionally in Volvo Cars in Fort Washington. Another Volvo dealer even gave me more discount, but we trust Greg greatly, he is definitely the dealer who can be relied on! He is really helpful and replies to your message any! time! We are so glad to get our new car from him!I promise Greg is the top 1 dealer we have met during our experience! (I forgot to take a picture with him??♀️)I love my car, her name is Wowotou, which is similar pronunciation to Volvo in my native language. She is sooooo gorgeous, she is easy to control for new drivers as me?
